You will act like an air-traffic controller for interpreters across multiple locations, handling scheduling, communication, and on-demand requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage calendaring scheduling system for interpretation.
• Perform follow-up, reporting and documenting measures.
• Maintain clear communication across email, text, chat, and phone for task completion.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and interpreters.
• Coordinate interpreter assignments and communicate updates to clients & interpreters.
• Handle last-minute requests and ensure on-demand services.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts professionally and efficiently.
