This role is commission-based with a guaranteed base for non-sales work, and offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities within a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishing daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals and organizing work.
• Build relationships and create customers for life by listening to needs.
• Be the vehicle expert and demonstrate features and options.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of vehicles and follow up with buyers.
• Overcome objections and ensure compliance with laws and company policy.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and results and close sales.
