Responsibilities include responding to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries, presenting financing options, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 role in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Willing to pass pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and set up sales appointments
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources
