• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.
• Send personalized intro and vehicle walk‑around videos to build trust.
• Create conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
• Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
• Welcome customers on arrival and transition to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow up consistently.
• Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.
