Job summary

Gerald Jones Mazda in Augusta, GA seeks a Phone Sales & Internet BDC Specialist to be the first impression of the dealership and a pivotal member of the sales team. You will make extensive outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and share personalized vehicle videos to spark interest and set showroom appointments.

• Make 100+ outbound calls each day to connect with customers.
• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.
• Send personalized introduction and vehicle walk‑around videos that build trust and excitement.
• Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
• Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
• Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and execute consistent follow‑up.
• Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.
