Job summary

Roadrunner Harley-Davidson is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to manage online leads and phone inquiries with a friendly, organized approach. You’ll schedule and follow up on appointments, stay current on inventory, and guide customers to the right vehicle.

You’ll log all interactions in the CRM, maintain strong communication across channels, and work with teammates to deliver an outstanding showroom experience. Commission-based pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in dealership or internet sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with CRM and multiple online tools.
• Detail-oriented with follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Handle internet leads, calls, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Confirm/manage appointments and follow up with unsold customers.
• Communicate clearly via email, text, and phone; be helpful and accurate.
• Maintain contact with past customers to build loyalty.
• Know current inventory and help customers find the right vehicle.
• Log customer info and follow-ups in the CRM accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments for a great experience.
