RideNow Powersports in Dallas is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Internet Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You will handle online leads and phone inquiries, log customer details in the CRM, and coordinate appointments to drive sales.

The role requires good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to move through the showroom and dealership areas safely while staying organized and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dealership or internet sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to move through showroom, vehicle lots and service areas safely.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and prompt responses.
• Confirm and manage appointments and provide follow-up with unsold customers.
• Communicate clearly via email, text, and phone in a helpful, honest, and accurate manner.
• Stay in touch with past customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of current inventory and assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
• Accurately log customer information and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Work collaboratively with teammates across departments to deliver a great overall customer experience.
