Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Apply ethical selling techniques in line with requirements
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads old and new
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
