In this role, you’ll use CRM tools, coordinate with the Internet Sales Manager, and stay informed about our inventory to tailor compelling offers. A dynamic, customer‑focused mindset is essential for success and growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with energy and enthusiasm to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Connect with prospective buyers via phone and email, set appointments, follow up on no-shows, and guide them through the sales process.
• Build rapport with potential buyers, maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat business, and explain vehicle features and paperwork.
• Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and tailor pitches to meet customer needs.
• Overcome objections, negotiate prices, and close sales with a smooth customer experience.
• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and track sales.
• Stay informed about automotive terminology and inventory; qualify leads and support campaigns.
• Collaborate with Internet Sales Manager and management to provide quotes and support.
