Hanania Automotive Group is seeking an Internet Sales Associate to drive our digital sales efforts and convert online leads into loyal buyers. You will engage customers online, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them through the sales process with energy and professionalism.

In this role, you’ll use CRM tools, coordinate with the Internet Sales Manager, and stay informed about our inventory to tailor compelling offers. A dynamic, customer‑focused mindset is essential for success and growth.

Formación

• Charismatic and customer-focused, with flair.
• Sales experience is a plus, but passion can succeed.
• Exceptional communication skills to captivate audiences.
• Tech-savvy with comfortable use of CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with energy and enthusiasm to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Connect with prospective buyers via phone and email, set appointments, follow up on no-shows, and guide them through the sales process.
• Build rapport with potential buyers, maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat business, and explain vehicle features and paperwork.
• Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and tailor pitches to meet customer needs.
• Overcome objections, negotiate prices, and close sales with a smooth customer experience.
• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and track sales.
• Stay informed about automotive terminology and inventory; qualify leads and support campaigns.
• Collaborate with Internet Sales Manager and management to provide quotes and support.
