Job summary

Mossy Automotive Group seeks an Internet Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced team. You will monitor internet leads, determine vehicle needs, and arrange delivery to customers.

Most compensation is commission, with a minimum wage for non-sales work and rest periods. Average annual commissions are expected to be between $65,000 and $130,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role with strong sales experience.
• Team player attitude and punctual, courteous.
• Excellent knowledge of the web and data entry skills.
• Professional appearance and valid CA driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
