Mossy Nissan Inc in San Diego is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to manage internet leads, determine customer vehicle needs, and drive follow-up to generate repeat and referral business. You will use CRM daily, present financing options, and coordinate vehicle delivery.

This role offers commission-based pay with a base wage for non-sales work, plus training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong sales experience.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous communication.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and financing options.
• Apply ethical selling techniques; comply with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
