Mossy Auto Group in Southern California is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles, meet unit quotas, and deliver top customer satisfaction.

Our compensation is commission-based with a guaranteed base for non-sales work and rest periods. Expect an average annual commission earnings range of approximately $60,000 to $120,000, with strong earning potential for high performers in a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work to produce results.
• Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Be the vehicle expert—know the product offerings, options, and latest technology.
• Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections and comply with company, DMV, state and federal requirements.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance.
• Bring a positive attitude with you every day and close efficiently to maximize gross profit.
• Consistently follow up after sales to secure ongoing satisfaction and future purchases.
