Modern Chevrolet of Winston-Salem is seeking a Client Care Specialist for our BDC internet sales team. You will handle internet inquiries, calls, and customer retention while scheduling sales appointments and presenting vehicle features to clients.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sales experience, and a professional demeanor. Weekend availability and training participation are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Weekend, nights and holiday availability is required.
• No automotive experience needed.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Proven sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to attend training.

Responsibilities

• Handle Internet leads, inbound calls, and customer retention for internet department.
• Understand automobiles to discuss features and competitive models with customers.
• Set up and manage appointments for the sales team.
• Explain features, benefits, and services to customers to facilitate sales.
• Follow up on leads and build relationships to close sales.
• Grow the internet sales base and expand the customer base.
