Modern Toyota of Boone is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our Internet sales/BDC team. This role handles internet leads, inbound calls, and customer retention, turning inquiries into appointments and long-term relationships.

No automotive experience is required. A flexible schedule including occasional Saturdays is needed. We offer a competitive compensation plan (35-50K+ annually), medical/dental/vision, 401(k) after one year, paid time off, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle Internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.
• Understand automobiles by studying characteristics and features in order to compare models.
• Communicate with prospective sales clients until they are ready to set an appointment and visit the dealership.
• Obtain customer information and keep an accurate database.
• Maintain a dealership standard for response time.
• Set up sales appointments with all customers with the aim of long-term relationships.
• Manage internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels.
• Follow through on customer leads to close sales.
• Grow internet service business and expand current customer base.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
