Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a senior Transformation leader for the NEMA International program. You will drive the transformation roadmap, align cross-functional teams across markets, and manage governance and outcomes in a global, hybrid work environment.

The role requires 30-40% international travel, 10+ years in transformation, fluent English, and a track record of delivering measurable business value. You will partner with Sales, Operations, IT and Finance to realize profitable international growth.

Qualifications

10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or related leadership roles.
Experience leading cross-functional, multi-geography transformations.
Ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps with governance.
Strong business acumen linking transformation to value and growth.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and end-to-end customer processes.
Experience in industrial/manufacturing or B2B tech is a plus.
Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the international transformation roadmap with clear milestones and risk visibility.
Act as senior integrator between International and Global Business Lines with governance.
Lead resolution of systemic barriers interfacing with sales, operations, IT, finance and HR.
Custodian of the international target operating model and growth strategy.
Lead an executive transformation office managing portfolio, cadence, dependencies and risks.
Drive change adoption and continuous improvement with leadership accountability.
