Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, customs, and trade documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support compliance with import/export regulations, company policies, and trade requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics activities.
• Assist with inventory coordination and order fulfillment processes.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and uplift concerns when necessary.
• Enter and update shipment information in company databases and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned.
