Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in logistics, administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn trade regulations, shipping procedures, and logistics software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, customs, and trade documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics activities.
• Assist with inventory coordination and order fulfillment processes.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and escalate as needed.
• Enter and update shipment information in company databases and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and administrative tasks.
