• Manage complex calendars and interview logistics across multiple time zones.
• Communicate interview schedules, process updates, changes, and next steps to candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring activities are accurately recorded.
• Update and manage candidate information within the ATS.
• Produce regular recruitment reports to support monitoring of hiring activity and recruitment effectiveness.
• Support recruiters throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
