Qualifications

• Fluency in English and one or more languages, including Arabic, Spanish, Hebrew or Mandarin.
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for international patients.
• Diplomatic and tactful oral and written communication with diverse groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other necessary computer applications.
• Proficient in data management and analysis for decision-making.
• Ability to assess multiple variables to determine appropriate actions.
• Excellent judgment with sensitive information and situations.
• High proficiency in medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care for international patients and families throughout their interaction with the hospital.
• Independently manage patient care-related activities and escalate complex inquiries.
• Lead multi-disciplinary assessment for international patient inquiries for self-pay, embassy-sponsored, diplomatic and insured patients.
• Communicate clinical needs and changes in level of care with the clinical team.
• Provide regular updates to patients and families about treatment progress.
• Coordinate follow-up visits, meetings, prescriptions, and equipment delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth patient services.
• Manage patient and family logistics including accommodations and transport.
