Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; relevant experience may substitute 1:1.
• 40-hour Medical Interpreter Training Course within 90 days of start date.
• Interpreter Skills Assessment in English and target language as required by Children’s National.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for international patients and families from inquiry to follow-up.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to communicate needs, denials, and high-risk cases.
• Manage data in systems to track international patient services and sponsorships.
• Provide language interpretation and culture-sensitive support to patients and families.
