Job summary

Shipco Transport Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our Miami, FL area to expand our footprint in Ocean Freight, Airfreight and Domestic Transportation. You will manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive growth across local and international accounts.

The role requires proactive, dynamic professionals who can operate across time zones and cultures, with strong bilingual English/Spanish communication and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in international transport.
• NVOCC background preferred; VOCC or freight forwarder experience may also apply.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive weekly schedule of planned sales calls.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within the existing customer base through client visits.
• Drive business growth by securing new opportunities from both new and existing customers within Ocean Freight, Airfreight, and Domestic Transportation.
• Document sales call notes and action items in the CRM system within two business days.
• Coordinate follow-up on sales call action items with local staff.
• Analyze customer reports and statistics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage daily email and phone interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Regularly meet with local managers and the General Manager to review updates on their client base.
• Generate and distribute sales leads to Shipco USA offices and overseas partners.
• Organize and schedule calls and entertainment for corporate and international visitors.
