You will manage accounts, negotiate rates, and work closely with Operations to ensure a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience, strong relationship skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with MS Office.

• 3–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience.
• Ability to generate new sales revenue independently.

• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent people skills and professional communication.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Introduce LCX Freight services to potential customers.
• Manage accounts from sale to payment follow up.
• Maintain a high volume of profitable business with frequent shipments.
• Self-source customers using various methods, including cold calling.
• Regularly communicate with clients and build relationships.
• Execute and close all sales calls and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments for top service.
• Provide market feedback to management and track status.
• Enter sales and customer data into the ERP/CRM.
• Pursue new business opportunities and meet sales goals.
