SIFA Group Miami is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a permanent role to support our global transportation operations. You will manage customer relationships, prepare quotes, and coordinate with overseas offices and local suppliers.

Based in Miami, you will track air and ocean shipments, issue invoices, and handle import/export documentation to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

• Experience with air and ocean freight operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare quotes and coordinate with overseas offices.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships and address their requests.
• Prepare quotes and communicate with overseas offices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse regarding local deliveries.
• Track air and ocean shipments.
• Issue customer invoices.
• Liaise with U.S. suppliers and customers, prepare import/export documentation, relay instructions to subsidiaries/agents, and assist with invoicing.
