Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations Agent II in Orlando to coordinate import/export shipments and ensure timely, compliant delivery across air and ocean modes. The role involves liaising with customers, carriers, and ports, preparing quotations, and tracking shipments from order to delivery.

Required are 3+ years in export/import operations, 5+ years as a freight forwarder with CBP/TSA/AES knowledge, and CCS certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in export/import operations.
• 5+ years experience as freight forwarder for international operations including IATA/NVOCC, FAA, TSA, AES and CBP knowledge.
• CCS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of shipments and review orders.
• Qualify shipping requirements and obtain necessary documentation for quotations.
• Set shipping schedules and communicate with customers, carriers and ports.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or issues to meet timelines.
• Ensure shipments are billed under company guidelines.
