Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Westminster is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to guide customers from inquiry to repair completion. You will write up vehicle problems, prepare accurate labor and parts estimates, and communicate promised times and costs clearly to customers.

The role requires strong customer service, good negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business through outbound calls and effective scheduling with the BDC. A fast-paced, results-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience.
• ASE certification in at least one skill level is nice but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and no criminal history.
• Detail oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Comfortable with negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Write up vehicle problems accurately on repair orders.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates with promised time.
• Communicate changes in estimate and time to customers and obtain authorization.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
