Job summary

Ascension, a large nonprofit Catholic health system, is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care to Unite Here members in downtown Chicago. The role offers autonomy, strong office support, and a mix of patient cases in a busy internal medicine practice.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.

Education

• Masters Degree of Nursing required.
