Ascension invites you to join an established Family Medicine team in an outpatient setting with 8 physicians and 3 APPs. This employed position offers strong referral support, on-site labs and imaging, and a stable, mission-driven culture.

You’ll provide comprehensive care for patients from pediatrics to adults, participate in a 1:6 (soon 1:7) call schedule, and collaborate with specialists to deliver high-quality service in a single location.

Formación

• Physician MD/DO licensure in Illinois required prior to hire.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA/Red Cross accepted).
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient family medicine for patients of all ages (kids-adults).
• Join an established team of 8 physicians and 3 APPs in a medical group.
• Manage a 1:6 call schedule, with planned shift to 1:7.
• Ensure high-quality care with on-site labs and imaging and strong office support.
• Collaborate with specialists within the integrated referral network.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
