Ascension is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a stable, employed group in Elk Grove Village, IL. You will work in an outpatient setting with a three-physician, two-APP team, and participate in a fair call pattern across the practice.

Your role emphasizes high-quality patient care for adults aged 18 and up, comprehensive office support, and collaboration with strong clinical colleagues in a well-resourced health system.

Qualifications

• Illinois MD/DO license required prior to hire.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Internal Medicine team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs; see 18+ patients in a busy practice.
• Office call rotated equally with the team.
• See patients ages 18 and older (geriatrics) in a single, convenient location.
• Provide high-quality service with excellent office support and MA assistance.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
