Job summary

Ascension seeks a physician to join an established outpatient Family Medicine team in Illinois. The role offers a stable employed position with a busy practice, supporting a robust health system network.

You will join a team of physicians and APPs, participate in a call rotation, and deliver comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a single convenient location.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Illinois medical licensure required prior to hire date
• Advanced Life Support preferred (ALS).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine for kids and adults.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs in outpatient setting.
• Participate in call rotation and maintain high-quality patient care.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
