Job summary

Hire Overseas is hiring an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships in a fully remote role. You will manage client communications, ensure candidate quality, and coordinate with our offshore hiring network across the Philippines, LATAM, and Africa.

Responsibilities include regular account check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining strong client trust. A Loom video introduction is required to move forward in the process.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional written communication.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets (Philippines, LATAM, Africa).

Job description

We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent. You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)

• Work directly with both co-founders of a fast-growing offshore staffing company with a strong referral-driven client base
• Client Relationship Management

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client
• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa
• A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated
