WD is seeking an energetic Communications professional to join our Employee Communications team. This role will be responsible for providing employee communications support at the corporate level and will work closely with various organizations across the company.

You’ll develop organization-wide communication campaigns, plans, and stories, manage communication channels and tools, and collaborate with teams across the business to engage, inform, and connect employees with the business,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal communications experience.
• Excellent content development and writing skills for campaigns, blogs, video, and social media.
• Strong visual storytelling and script-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute organizational communication campaigns and stories.
• Manage newsletters, intranet content, emails, and internal social channels.
• Maintain editorial calendar and track metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
