The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can manage multiple projects, coordinate calendars, create engaging content, and maintain clear communication across channels and audiences. Experience with HR communications, recruitment, and ERGs is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in communications, public relations, content development, journalism, or digital media.
• Strong writing, editing, and interviewing skills with ability to distill complex information into engaging content.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish content for intranet and internal channels.
• Maintain internal communications calendars and coordinate timely organizational messaging.
• Develop staff features and day-in-the-life stories for internal and external communications.
• Support HR communications, benefits materials, and staff announcements.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, IT, and leadership on communication needs.
• Strengthen employer brand across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
• Support event planning and presentation development for staff meetings.
