Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking an Employee Communications Manager to design and execute an internal communications strategy that enhances employee experience and strengthens the firm’s culture. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver messaging across email, intranet, and events.

Based in Boston, MA, you will manage channels, calendars, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration, driving engagement with transparent compensation messaging and change communications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in communications or internal communications roles.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with intranet, email, and event communications.
• Proven ability to analyze data and measure communication impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and distribute internal messages and announcements.
• Manage internal channels (intranet, email, events) with data-driven improvements.
• Create content calendars for town halls and leadership updates.
• Align messages with the firm's culture across channels and materials.
• Plan and execute employee communications events to strengthen connections.
