Empower seeks an accomplished Director, Executive & Employee Communications to advise senior leaders and lead communications that clarify Empower's direction, priorities, and impact. You will shape external representation and craft messaging for key moments, ensuring consistency across internal and external channels.

You’ll partner with Marketing, HR, Legal, and Operations to translate complex business priorities into clear narratives for employees and external audiences, while advancing thought

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive, employee, corporate, brand, or strategic communications within complex organizations.
• Experience advising C-suite or senior executives and handling confidential communications.
• Experience developing employee comms and engagement strategies, including enterprise initiatives and large events.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling across executive messaging, presentations, digital content, and multimedia.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives and shape executive communications strategies.
• Lead employee communications for company-wide events and initiatives.
• Develop executive thought leadership and speaking engagements, earned media, and social content.
