WD is seeking a Communications Manager for Strategic Communications. The role supports executive communications, major events, and high-priority initiatives across the communications function.

You will partner with leaders across the company to translate complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate messaging and drive cross-functional alignment. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in corporate communications and strong writing, messaging, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of communications, corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Communications Support across the team, flexing between projects and priorities.
• Executive Communications & Leadership Engagement including presentations and talking points.
• Event Communications & Program Management for major corporate events and leadership engagements.
• Content Development for presentations, internal communications, leadership updates, event communications, FAQs and toolkits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with senior leaders, HR, Operations, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Public Relations.
