You will communicate repair progress, manage warranties, and help identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining accurate records and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to explain technical information to staff and customers.
• Strong automotive system knowledge to diagnose issues and explain repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Experience assisting with warranty repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess service needs.
• Translate customer problems into clear instructions for technicians.
• Manage service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Provide written cost estimates and obtain approval for repairs.
• Process repair orders and invoices; administer warranty repairs.
• Serve as a central point of contact between service manager, technicians, and parts department.
• Identify repeat repairs and work with technicians on cost-effective solutions.
