Job summary

Salesforce Internal Audit seeks a seasoned professional to lead strategy, QAIP, and the modernization of audit methodologies in an agentic AI era. You will guide the IA org, redesign processes, and deploy analytics to elevate risk intelligence across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver compelling reporting, build scalable audits, and mentor upcoming auditors to blend traditional controls with AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations or IT audit.
• Professional certifications: CIA, CPA/CA, CISA or PMP.
• Deep knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Experience leading QAIP and large internal audit functions.
• Proven ability to deploy AI, automation, or analytics in audit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and coordinate quarterly cycles.
• Build processes and tooling for AI-enabled audit workflows.
• Lead the QAIP and modernize the quality program.
• Evolve IA methodology to support assurance and advisory work.
• Turn data into decisions with dashboards and insights.
• Develop and train auditors to work with AI and data.
• Manage capacity planning and team deployment.
• Plan town halls and executive communications.
• Support Board materials and Audit & Finance Committee reports.
• Tell the SA IA story and strengthen the IA brand.
