Job summary

Salesforce Internal Audit is rebuilding what internal audit is. We seek a seasoned professional with deep IIA Standards knowledge to lead QAIP and modernize the audit methodology. You will shape services across assurance, continuous risk intelligence, and advisory.

You will drive data-led decisions, deliver metrics and dashboards, and guide the team from traditional compliance toward AI, data, and human-agent collaboration. This role spans a global, ambitious organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations, professional practices, audit, or IT audit.
• CIA, CPA/CA, CISA or PMP certifications.
• Deep command of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and topical requirements.
• Experience in QAIP or External Quality Assessment within a large internal audit function.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Track record deploying AI, automation, or analytics to change how work gets done.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and prototype mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Build processes and tooling for the agentic era.
• Lead the QAIP and improve the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program.
• Evolve the IA methodology for services including assurance and advisory.
• Turn data into decisions with performance metrics and dashboards.
• Cultivate agentic auditors through strategic training plans.
• Deploy the team with capacity planning and resource management.
• Plan and deliver town halls, org-wide meetings and global summits.
• Support the Board conversation with materials for Audit & Finance Committee.
• Tell our story with internal communications and external IA branding.
