Job summary

Salesforce Internal Audit is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the transformation of IA methodology and the Quality Assurance program. You will drive continuous risk intelligence and advisory services, partnering with global teams to implement scalable processes at pace.

The role requires deep knowledge of IIA standards, 5+ years in audit operations, and a track record deploying AI and analytics to elevate audit quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations or IT audit.
• Certification in CIA, CPA/CA, CISA or PMP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and requirements.
• Experience in QAIP or External Quality Assessment within a large audit function.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of AI, automation, or analytics in audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and support annual planning and quarterly reporting.
• Design processes and tooling for the agentic era and collaboration with agents.
• Lead the QAIP and modernize the Quality Assurance program.
• Evolve the IA methodology for assurance, intelligence, and advisory services.
• Own data analytics behind performance metrics and dashboards.
• Develop org-wide skills assessment and strategic training for auditors.
• Manage capacity planning, allocation, and schedule accuracy.
• Plan town halls, org meetings, and global summits with stakeholders.
• Support Audit & Finance Committee reporting and executive materials.
• Communicate the IA story and position Salesforce Internal Audit as a leader.
