Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations or IT audit.
• Relevant professional certification (CIA, CPA/CA, CISA, PMP).
• Deep knowledge of IIA Standards and how to apply them.
• Experience in QAIP within a large internal audit function.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Track record deploying AI, automation, or analytics.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and prototyping.
• Strong writing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to drive adoption across a global team without direct supervision.
• Comfort working at pace with limited precedent.
• Experience at scale in high-growth or large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and coordinate inputs across leaders.
• Build processes and tooling for the agentic era of work.
• Lead the QAIP and provide forward-looking quality insights.
• Evolve the IA methodology to serve assurance and advisory needs.
• Turn data into decisions with dashboards and trends.
• Develop skills assessments and training for AI-enabled auditors.
• Own capacity planning and resource deployment for the IA Org.
• Plan town halls and global summits and tailor content for audiences.
• Support Audit & Finance Committee materials and reporting.
• Communicate the IA story and position Salesforce Internal Audit as a leader.
