Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations/professional practices, audit, or IT audit.
• Relevant professional certification (CIA, CPA/CA, CISA, PMP).
• Deep, practical command of the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and the judgment to apply them efficiently.
• Experience in a QAIP, professional practices, or External Quality Assessment capacity within a large internal audit function.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the discipline to run recurring rhythms reliably.
• Track record of deploying AI, automation, or analytics to change how work gets done.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and ability to prototype independently.
• Strong writing and executive communication, translating complex methodology for auditors and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and quarterly reporting cycles (V2MOM) and flag risks.
• Build processes and tooling for the agentic era, redesigning workflows for humans and agents.
• Lead the QAIP and improve quality and continuous improvement.
• Evolve the IA methodology and Standards for assurance, risk intelligence, and advisory services.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics and trends.
• Develop a strategic skills assessment and training plan for the audit team, focusing on AI, data, and human–agent collaboration.
• Plan and deploy organizational events and communications for the IA group and stakeholders.
• Prepare Audit & Finance Committee materials and streamline reporting processes.
• Shape and tell Salesforce Internal Audit’s story both internally and externally.
