Job summary

Salesforce Internal Audit is rebuilding the function to leverage AI agents and continuous risk intelligence. We seek a seasoned professional with 5+ years in internal audit, certified in CIA/CPA/CISA/PMP, who can lead QAIP, shape audit methodology, and guide teams across the globe.

You will deliver data-driven insights, drive adoption of AI-enabled processes, and collaborate with Board-facing materials for Audit & Finance Committee.

Qualifications

• Experience applying IIA Global Internal Audit Standards to lead QAIP and guide methodology decisions.
• Strong writing, executive communication, and ability to translate complex requirements.
• Proven ability to deploy AI, automation, or analytics to transform audit work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and support annual planning and quarterly cycles.
• Build processes and tooling for the agentic era of work and data-driven insights.
• Lead QAIP and modernize the Quality Assurance program for future readiness.
• Evolve the IA methodology to meet partner needs in assurance and advisory.
• Turn data into decisions by profiling trends and risks and prioritizing actions.
• Foster the next generation of IA professionals with AI and analytics fluency.
