Job summary

Salesforce Internal Audit is rebuilding how internal audit works, shifting from periodic assurance to continuous risk intelligence with agents handling routine tasks. The team leads the evolution of standards and methodologies to serve business partners with high-value insights.

You will shape and implement scalable processes, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and prepare executive materials for the Audit & Finance Committee while growing the IA brand as a leading voice on agentic audit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations or IT audit.
• Deep knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Strong written and oral communication for executives.
• Experience deploying AI, automation, or analytics in audit.
• Ability to drive adoption across a global team without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and support annual planning and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Build processes and tooling for the agentic era in audit.
• Lead the QAIP and modernize the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program.
• Evolve the IA methodology for services such as assurance, risk intelligence, and advisory.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics and trends.
• Develop training plans to upskill auditors in AI, data, and human-agent collaboration.
• Deploy the IA team resources, manage capacity and schedules.
• Plan town halls, org-wide meetings, and global summits.
• Support the Board with Audit & Finance Committee materials.
• Tell the IA story and grow the IA brand externally.
