Salesforce is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to shape and modernize the IA program. You will lead quality assurance, evolve auditing standards, and drive data-driven insights across a global team focused on agentic AI-enabled auditing.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with executives, and deployment of AI, analytics, and automation to transform internal audit processes at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations or IT audit.
• CIA/CPA/CA/CISA/PMP certification.
• Deep knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Experience leading QAIP in a large internal audit function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Build processes and tooling for the agentic era—redesign workflows with people and agents.
• Lead the QAIP—modernize quality assurance and improvement program.
• Evolve IA methodology for assurance, continuous risk intelligence, and advisory.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics and risks.
• Develop org-wide training on AI, data, and human–agent collaboration.
• Plan and deliver org-wide events and board materials.
