Job summary

Salesforce Internal Audit is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Quality & Operations in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled audit environment. You will shape the IA methodology, drive continuous improvement, and deploy scalable processes across a global team of auditors and agents.

The role demands strong execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate with the Board and executive partners. You will oversee capacity planning, governance, and metrics while molding talent to blend

Qualifications

5+ years in internal audit operations or IT audit.
CIA/CPA/CA/CISA/PMP or equivalent certification.
Deep knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and Topical Requirements.
Experience in QAIP, professional practices, or External Quality Assessment in a large internal audit function.

Responsibilities

Deliver the IA Org strategy and support annual planning and reporting cycles.
Build processes and tooling for the agentic era.
Lead the QAIP to provide forward-looking quality insights.
Evolve the IA methodology for assurance and advisory services.
Turn data into decisions by owning performance metrics and dashboards.
Cultivate the agentic auditors of the future and guide training plans.
Deploy the IA Org with capacity planning and scheduling oversight.
Coordinate town halls, org-wide meetings, and global summits.
Support the Board by preparing Audit & Finance Committee materials and reporting.
