The Internal Audit Quality & Operations (Q&O) team is the 'mission control' center behind the audit team, focused on driving quality and efficiency through leading-edge processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations/professional practices, audit, or IT audit.
• Relevant professional certification (CIA, CPA/CA, CISA, PMP).
• Deep, practical command of the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and Topical Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and coordinate inputs from audit leaders.
• Build processes and tooling for the agentic era.
• Lead the QAIP to provide forward-looking quality insights.
• Evolve IA methodology for services needed: assurance, risk intelligence, advisory.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics and risks.
• Develop org-wide skills assessment and training for AI, data, and human-agent collaboration.
