Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Internal Audit leader to steer operations, align with IIA Standards, and drive AI-enabled process improvements across a global team. You will shape planning, metrics, and executive reporting to strengthen governance.

You will own QAIP, program modernization, and change management for scalable capacity planning. The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and clear, impactful communication across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience applying IIA Global Internal Audit Standards in large organizations.
Proven track record leading QAIP or external quality assessments.
Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
Ability to drive change across a global team without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Support annual strategic planning and quarterly reporting cycles (V2MOM).
Coordinate inputs from audit leaders, track progress against commitments, and flag risks.
Build processes and tooling for an agentic AI era.
Redesign processes and tooling for people-and-agent collaboration.
Run and modernize the QAIP program and internal audit standards.
Own analysis behind performance metrics and dashboards.
Identify trends and emerging risks and drive follow-up actions.
Act as resource manager for capacity planning, allocation, and scheduling.
