Job summary

eScholar Customer Support is seeking an Intern to rotate through Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting customers and improving internal processes.

The role emphasizes data analysis, software tooling, and collaboration with multiple teams. The internship requires SQL proficiency, exposure to BI tools, and interest in AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Experience with AWS Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud-hosted applications.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-enabled productivity tools and customer success.
  • Experience with version control and functional testing.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Postgres and Oracle.
  • Some internship experience in the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management and Customer Success to understand products, customers, and processes.
  • Provide technical support to customers and manage issues through incident management system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve incident intake, issue Tracking, reporting, and knowledge capture.
  • Participate in testing and continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, knowledge management, and productivity.
  • Support Customer Success and account management activities, including materials and engagement tracking.
  • Participate in customer success planning activities and cross-functional coordination.
  • Gather end-user requirements for data pipelines, reporting, and operational improvements.
  • Analyze source system data and identify data quality issues for ETL.

Education

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
