Job summary

REMPREX, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Gate Service Representative to support intermodal trucking by handling gate transactions, performing AGS maintenance, and advising on system issues.

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, you will troubleshoot equipment, enter data for every unit, and assist with AGS component testing and installation on site. A strong customer-focused approach and ability to work in a 24/7 operation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and professionalism.
• Willingness to adapt to extended hours in a 24/7/365 operation.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Automated Gating System (AGS) equipment and its components.
• Enter data and process gate transactions accurately for each unit entering or exiting the terminal.
• Monitor overall system health and performance, reporting findings and inventory needs.
