Job summary

REMPREX, INC is seeking a Gate Service Representative to support the intermodal trucking community by using our proprietary technology to perform gate transactions, maintenance, and repair at the Alliance terminal. You will make timely, safety-focused decisions to ensure efficient, customer-oriented service.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR, and a commitment to professional conduct in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Willingness to grow and adapt in a 24/7/365 operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment and basic networking hardware.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and preventative maintenance on Automated Gating System (AGS) equipment and components.
• Survey, repair, and troubleshoot system health and performance.
• Report on system specs, operations, and inventory needs.
• Explain health information and provide technical insights to client management.
• Assist with testing and reliability reporting for AGS components.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of AGS equipment on site.
• Process gate transactions accurately using office computer or handheld device.
• Maintain a clean client work environment in REMPREX vehicles, Driver’s Assistance Building and server room.
